Description
Antique Runner with overall Blossom Design, made 110 years ago by a village weaver. It appears that she added an additional 50 inches to the Runner at one end because her loom needed to be extended to make it 156″ long. A conversation piece. Please see pic that shows were it was added. This is the area where most of the wear in the runner is.
Condition: Very sturdy, rugged runner with complete ends and sides. There is an area of lower pile where the weaver added an additional 50 inches which is not unacceptable, and less apparent overall.
